Reiki

Reiki sessions offer a holistic and calming experience that promote relaxation, reduces stress, and balance the body's energy.

During the session, I will gently place my hands on or above specific areas, allowing the universal life force energy to flow through them and into you.

This energy healing technique helps to release emotional blockages, soothe pain, and improve overall well-being, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and at peace.

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki sessions are conducted remotely, meaning to a recipient who is not physically present.

Using intention, meditation and visualization techniques, I send healing energy across time and space to the recipient, who can be anywhere in the world.

Clients often feel a sense of peace, relaxation, and emotional balance, even though they are not physically present with me.

Breathwork

A breathwork session involves guided breathing techniques designed to help release stored tension, clear blocked energy and bring about a deep sense of relaxation.

As the breathing intensifies, it can lead to altered states of consciousness, allowing for the release of trauma, stress, and negative emotions.

Clients report sensations of liberation and heightened awareness as they connect more deeply with their bodies and inner selves, making breathwork a powerful tool for personal transformation and healing.
