Yoga Instructor | Reiki Practitioner

I started teaching yoga and offering Reiki with one goal in mind: to help people find the happiness it created in my life. These very practices have awakened my own authentic power and to live a fulfilling life with more awareness, intuition and freedom.

My yoga classes are on “pause” for the time being as I am working as a Finance Manager in a post production studio and dedicate my spare time to my personal practice.

I am grateful to be able to see my clients for In Person Reiki Sessions at e s p in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY.

In 2022 I took Danielle Hering and David Elliott’s Breathwork Healer Certification classes and followed a Psychic/Mediumship Development Workshop with Violet Hategan.

I’m a Libra Sun, Scorpio Rising with a Moon in Sagittarius.
