Terms & Conditions

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their session, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider this policy before booking. "Cancellation" is defined as canceling your session at any time, including not attending your scheduled session, postponing or rescheduling.

"You" refers to you, the client booking a session. "We" refers to Alison Savary. “Sessions” includes any and all of the following sessions offered under the following categories: “Reiki Healing Session,” " Yoga Class", and "Breathwork" . The term "Reiki Healing Session" may be used interchangeably with "Distance Reiki Healing," "Distance Reiki," "Reiki Session," . The term "Yoga Class," may be used interchangeably with " Private Yoga Class." and “ Yoga Session”. Please note: Sessions and training purchases made through Acuity, Stripe, Square or Paypal fall under this agreement.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind for any reason.

I do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving your session early or for cancelling your session at any time. I offer the option to reschedule your session for emergency purposes by emailing alisonsavary@gmail.com up to 1 day in advance; after 1 day, there is no option to reschedule. To preserve the quality of your session and in consideration to our other clients, if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, I regret that you will not be able to be seen that day and I will retain the full amount of your payment as a “No Show Fee.” There is no option to reschedule group classes/sessions. Rates are non-negotiable. Saving your appointment to your calendar with your proper time zone conversion and showing up for your appointment at the correct time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, cancel or discontinue sessions at any time for any reason.

You acknowledge that once you book your session, workshop, or training, there will be no refunds or exchanges of any kind for any reason. We do not offer credit for you starting your course late or ending your course early or for cancelling your course at any time. You understand that exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason.

You understand that the sessions offered are gentle energy techniques that are used for stress reduction and relaxation. You understand that we do not diagnose conditions, nor do we prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You understand that sessions do not take the place of medical care. You agree that you are an adult who is legally responsible for your own actions, regardless of any recommendations given in sessions and readings. You understand that sessions can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. You acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

You understand that all information during your Reiki Healing Session will be treated in the strictest of confidence. You understand very clearly that an Reiki Healing Session cannot predict the future, as we all have free will, nor can aReiki Healing Session tell you what to do or what decisions to make. You also understand that although a Reiki Healing Session can detect physical areas that may need to be investigated, you are aware that it is intuition and not a diagnosis of disease or disorder. Any information that is received intuitively is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

By booking a session or session package, and by purchasing any class from Alison Savary you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the Terms & Conditions above.
